How do we get there?
Patterson Island is only accessible by boat or plane.
Every reservation comes with one round trip boat ride
from the mainland to the island per day.
What is there to do?
There is so much to do on Patterson,
the possibilities are endless. Whether walking the nature trails, taking a picnic on the edge of the marsh, laying in the hammocks, kayaking the surrounding waters, fishing, crabbing,
or taking a boat excursion, you will only be limited by what your
mind can imagine.

BASIC RATES
These are basic rates and can vary based on dates and number of guests
The Cottage
The cottage is a one bedroom, two bathroom home with a pullout sofa.
It has a full kitchen and living area and a balcony with view to the Atlantic Ocean.
Rates start at $175 per night.
The Big House
The Big House is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home. With one main open living space including a large dining area, living room and kitchen, the home is large enough to accommodate 11 guests comfortably. The home has 6 ensuite rooms, all with private entrances and gorgeous water views from their porches.
Rates start at $750 per night.
The Whole island
COMING SOON:
Patterson Island hosts more than 46 acres of undisturbed nature and incomparable marsh views.
It can be booked as a whole island and will include both houses.
Rates start at $1750 per night.

Patterson Island is a unique & special place for an intimate elopement, wedding or a vacational rental. Our Elopement Packages are all-inclusive wedding packages for the couple who wants a private ceremony with only a few (if any) additional guests. All you have to do is bring your significant other, your wedding attire, and your marriage license. We will do the rest!
