About Patterson island

Patterson Island is a 46 +/- acre private island, located in the heart of the marshes in the Golden Isles of Georgia, USA.

It has been largely untouched and provides beautiful 360 degree views of all that the Georgia coast has to offer.

Patterson Island boasts two homes, the Big House & the Cottage. Together they sleep 15 people.
Each visit includes round trip transportation to the mainland dock.
A mini coffee bar and light snacks are provided in each of the homes.
Each en-suite bedroom comes with it's own private bathroom and private entrance, making it the perfect getaway for family reunions, intimate weddings, guys/girls weekends or retreats.
